With over 20 years of experience across commercial leadership, strategy, transformation, and organizational effectiveness, he has a strong track record of driving growth, leading complex transformations, and navigating multicultural and stakeholder-intensive environments.

He currently serves on the Advisory Board of Prevensure Group, supporting strategy, governance, and organizational effectiveness, and previously served on the Advisory Board of Brandquad, a SaaS company specializing in product content management and growth.

He combines executive practice with academic engagement, serving as an Academic Fellow at SDA Bocconi School of Management and contributing to executive education and leadership development initiatives.
